3 Days Hattusas - Cappadocia - Ankara Tour

DAY 1
Departure in the morning and after driving 208 km arrival in Hattusas that was the capital of the Hittites for a long time. Before visiting the main capital proceed to Yazilikaya to see the open air sanctuary as the sun light comes on the bas-reliefs direct in the morning. Then lunch in a small restaurant in the town nearby. After lunch visit to the capital of Hattusas with Lion’s Gate, Tunnel, King’s Gate, Citadel and Grand Temple. Then continue onto Cappadocia and overnight (L, D).
DAY 2
After having breakfast in the hotel full day tour in Cappadocia with the natural fortress Uchisar; Goreme Open Air Museum with early Christian churches; Pasabagi and Zelve with its panoramic view and rock-dwelling houses and Avanos with its world-wide famous pottery work-shops. Lunch will be served in a typical Cappadocian restaurant (B, L, D).
DAY 3
After having breakfast in the hotel drive to Kaymakli Underground City, the place where early christians hid from persecuters and then 13th century caravanserai Agzikarahan. Arrive in Ankara and lunch. Thereafter visit the world-wide famous Anatolian Civilizations Museum at which there are numerous remnants from Stone Age, Neolithic Age, Hittites, Urartians, Phrygians and many others.Then visit to the Mausoleum of Ataturk, the burial place of the national hero who founded modern Republic of Turkey. Finally transfer to the hotel or airport (B, L).
